A monitored support address is published here the day subscriptions open — before anything is charged, there is someone to write to. Until then this page says so rather than printing an inbox nobody reads.

Before launch

The product is open to try and most questions are already answered in public: the FAQ covers what OTCharts is and is not, the pricing page carries every number, and the course inside the app explains the rest of itself.

What support will and will not do

• It will answer questions about the product, billing and your data.
• It will read bug reports, and the useful ones change the product.
• It will never give trading advice, signals or predictions — the whole product is built on not pretending to know the future.
• It will never ask for your broker credentials or your password.
